We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Artist to join our design team. As a Junior Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative vector graphics that align with our brand identity and design standards. This role involves working closely with senior designer and other cross-functional teams to contribute to various design projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Vector Graphic Design:
   • Create high-quality vector graphics for a variety of purposes, including marketing materials, digital media, and print collateral.
   • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of design principles, brand guidelines, and industry trends.
2. Collaboration:
   • Work collaboratively with senior designers, art directors, and other team members to ensure the consistent application of design standards.
   • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance design projects.
3. Software Proficiency:
   • Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw) to create and edit vector graphics.
   • Stay updated on the latest software features and design techniques to improve workflow efficiency.
4. Project Coordination:
   • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
   • Communicate effectively with team members to gather project requirements and feedback.
5. Quality Assurance:
   • Conduct thorough quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
   • Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
6. Adaptability:
   • Adapt to changing priorities and timelines, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
   • Embrace feedback and proactively seek opportunities for skill development.
7. Learning and Development:
   • Stay informed about design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in vector graphic design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator/CorelDraw.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing previous vector graphic design work.
