  1. This warranty shall not cover direct or indirect losses resulting from the operation or malfunction of the product and EUREKA or its authorized seller shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

2. This warranty shall not apply in case of defects resulting from any of the following:

A. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and faulty or unauthorized installation of the unit.

B. Improper fuses, faulty electrical circuit, or incorrect voltage.

C. Abuse negligence, tampering unauthorize repair affecting the performance of the unit.

D. Accidental damage such as flood, fire, or other disruption from natural disaster.

3. This warranty is void if the serial number is missing, altered or effaced if not mailed within 15 days upon purchase.
